The prices indicated below are inclusive of the key delivery and collection service and utilities (water, electricity, gas and waste tax). Any tourist tax is to be paid separately and is not included.

No hotel-type services are provided such as daily cleaning of the apartments and change of sheets and towels. The final cleaning of the apartment is provided by the caretaker and represents an extra cost equal to:

• €50 for the smaller apartments (Apt. 3, 4);

• €80 for the larger apartments (Apt. 1, 2).

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi

following the renovation works at the beginning of 2022

It is mandatory to pay a booking deposit equal to 30% of the total and the relative balance at the time of check-in. A deposit of € 200 is also required, by bank transfer, which will be returned following an inventory check, again by bank transfer.

As usual, any damage or defects must be reported when the keys are picked up.
